Panorama City, California, is a newer, planned community in the San Fernando Valley. Originally part of a dairy and sheep ranch, it was developed in the late 40s by Fritz Burns, and Associates for Kaiser Homes, Inc. Panorama City's master plan included more than 4,000 houses with thoughtful, modern designs.
